We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from heavenlygracebeauty.com. However, if an issue arises with your order, we will happily accept returns. In order to be eligible for return, the following conditions are required:

• All return products must be lightly used and in their original packaging.

• We must receive your return within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return your online purchases, please email our customer service team at heavenlygracebeauty@gmail.com with your order number. Ensure the product(s) is in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or email receipt in the return box.

Please note it may take up to 14 days to process your refund. Once completed, a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
